The fuel dispenser has developed with the development of automobiles and road traffic. Since its birth in the early 20th century, the tanker has roughly gone through four stages of development. The first is the manual fuel dispenser. Its principle is similar to that of the steam engine piston. The next is the mechanical tanker. Its feature is the combination of electric and manual operation. The oil pump can be used to discharge oil electrically, or the belt can be turned manually. The third stage is the electronic fuel dispenser, which is characterized by the application of computer technology in the fuel dispenser. The computer motherboard controls the oil output, and refueling is convenient, fast and accurate. The fourth stage is computer control. The characteristic of the fuel dispenser is that the networked communication management technology is applied to the fuel dispenser, so that the fuel dispenser has the functions of networked management, convenient payment, and value-added services based on fuel metering. However, sometimes it may happen that the dispenser does not deliver oil. Next, let us analyze the reasons for everyone.

When the fuel dispenser cannot deliver oil, the cause of the fault should be carefully observed before disassembly. According to the post-processing process of the hydraulic system, check from simple to difficult, from easy to difficult, step by step.

1. Precautions

1. First determine whether it is a tanker failure or a pipeline valve failure. Otherwise, it is easy to take a detour.

2. Do not disassemble everywhere, which may damage the gasket and cause oil leakage in the hydraulic system.

3. Use the sound of the fuel pump to determine the fault point of the tanker.

2. Tanker failure

The tanker filter is blocked (including cone filter and oil gun filter): The cleaning filter of the new station needs to be cleaned once during commissioning, and then every 3 to 5 days. The cleaning cycle is gradually extended according to the amount of impurities and oil stains cleaned, but try to clean it once a month.

3. Fuel gun failure

The filter or connector of the tanker gun is blocked. When repairing, remove the oil gun filter and connector, remove impurities, and then repack it. The oil gun is usually self-sealing and does not produce oil. The self-sealing mechanism of the oil gun needs to be checked.

4. Failure of the tanker solenoid valve

First check the control circuit of the solenoid valve, and then check whether the solenoid valve itself is faulty.
