How to operate the fuel dispenser
As the number of motor vehicles increases year by year, it is inevitable to queue up when driving on roads, parking lots, and even when refueling. In recent years, many gas stations have launched self-service refueling services, but after a period of observation, it seems that fewer and fewer people use such gas pumps, and more car owners still wait in line for staff to assist in refueling. Is the operation process of the gas pump complicated? The following is a brief introduction to the operation process of the gas pump.
1. Release static electricity with your hands
According to the refueling instructions of the gas pump, first place your hands in the static electricity release area to eliminate the static electricity that may exist on your body and avoid danger during refueling.
2. Set the refueling amount
The second step is to set the refueling amount. If you use a gas card to refuel, insert the gas card directly and click the "Gas Card" option on the screen. At this time, the balance in the card will be displayed on one side of the screen, and we can choose a fixed amount or a fixed amount of fuel according to our needs. After the selection is completed, click the OK button of the gas pump to start refueling. If you use cash to refuel, please read the instructions on the gas pump and refuel at the specified face value. At the same time, the banknotes cannot be too old, otherwise many machines will not recognize them. After inserting the banknotes and entering the amount, you can use the gas pump to start refueling.
3. Start refueling
The refueling process is not difficult. Turn off the fire, open the fuel tank cap, pull out the refueling gun of the gas pump, and insert it into the refueling port. Press the handle to start automatic refueling. This process is fully automatic. When the refueling reaches the preset amount, the gun will jump automatically. If additional refueling is required, just put the refueling gun back on the gas pump to complete the refueling. It should be reminded here that usually the oil gun has a fixed locking device, and there is no need to press it manually during the refueling process. However, there are slight differences in the oil guns of each gas station. This requires explanation of the specific situation. But even if you don't find the locking mechanism, don't worry. Manual pressurized refueling can also be operated safely. When the preset amount is reached, the nozzle will automatically stop refueling. Each tanker has a red "stop" button. If an accident occurs during the refueling process, please press this button. The gas pump will stop refueling immediately, and a staff member will come to deal with it.
